well hello there

fancy third person bio

Kristina Browning has moved 17 times in her life, giving her a unique, firsthand perspective on how spaces shape our behavior, emotions, and memories. She’s always been attuned to how our environments affect the way we feel.

She studied visual communications at the Art Institute of Seattle, where her love for intentional design took root. Her professional journey wove through event planning, public relations, and sales. Eventually, she added her real estate license to the mix, realizing she could shape the narrative of a space from the beginning.

As a licensed Realtor® and Home Functionality Coach®, Kristina helps families find homes that support their lifestyles and passions. But home interiors alone started to feel a little… restrictive. Her creativity needed more room to play.

That’s when she began designing destination-worthy business spaces—immersive environments that surprise, delight, and photograph beautifully.  Kristina creates spaces that spark emotion, invite conversation, and generate serious word-of-mouth.

Now, she helps boutique motels, spas, shops and brands become the kind of places people remember, rave about, and return to. Designing unforgettable spaces and experiences is the ultimate mash-up of everything she’s ever done—it’s interiors meets event planning, sales meets storytelling, PR meets place-making. It’s all of it, working together to create one thing: a space that people can’t stop talking about.

When she's not transforming spaces, Kristina enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, spending time in the San Juan Islands and indulging in a little spa time. She’s married with a 12-year-old son, and together they spend most spring weekends on the baseball field.

- MISSION AND VALUES -

Rooted in wellness, kindness, mindfulness, and inspiration, I love when every space encourages both ease and action. Magic happens when a space is easy to maintain and there is less friction around function. A well-designed space should by flexible in functionality and invite you to move more, step outside, or immerse yourself in what brings you joy. Likewise, in a spa, boutique hotel or independent living community, if you feel inspired and compelled to share your experience because it's so memorable, then I’ve hit the mark.
