The home you choose should accommodate

personal growth and deep satisfaction for everyone in it.  When choosing your home, first take your behavior and passions into account.

  • What do you NEED?

  • What do you WANT?

  • What do you ENJOY doing in your home?

  • What frustrates you about where you live now?

Whether you are moving across town or relocating to Portland Oregon, read my clients' testimonials below and then call or text me so we can talk about your priorities and work out a game plan. Wondering about neighborhoods?  1031 Exchange? Financing?  First-time homebuyer? Let's chat, text or zoom!  I can answer your questions.

Kristina Browning

“Kristina was wonderful. We were moving from out of town and she helped us figure out where in Portland we wanted to live, coordinated our house-searching trips when we came into town, and then was absolutely invaluable throughout the buying process as we had to do much of it remotely. She scheduled our inspections, was on hand in our place for one of them with video and pictures, and even provided all the info for how to set up various utilities in our new town. So great, such a huge help, everything we were hoping for!”

1031 Exchange

From the transfer date of the SOLD Property you have 180 days or the date your tax return is due, whichever comes first, to close on the replacement purchase (filing an extension to the tax return will enable you to take full advantage of the 180 days.) The first 45 days is the identification period when you must submit a list of three target properties. Wondering about neighborhoods and where you may want to buy?  Portland Monthly magazine always does a fabulous job every year of compiling data, creating a great "neighborhoods" map and doing a lot of research to help everyone get a good snapshot of what's happening here.  Find that information by clicking below.

Although you can choose anyone you want for financing a home, I recommend Jennifer Patrick.  She has been in the business for a long time, is focused solely on home loans, is digital centric so you won't need to meet in person-you can apply online and she has kicked so much ass for me in the past.  She's easy to work with.
